Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If it is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with the GRA certificate of authenticity.

How It Works

Email Us
Send an email to hello@theclearcut.au with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your Label
We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the GRA certificate and drop it off at any post office.

Get Your Refund
Once received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Need a Different Size?

We are happy to exchange your piece for a different size or variant at no additional cost (subject to availability). Email us and we will arrange the swap — you will receive your new piece as soon as we receive the original.

Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or personalised pieces are final sale. Items returned without the original packaging and GRA certificate may be subject to a restocking fee.
