What Is Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the piece.
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Stone loosening or loss from the setting under normal wear
- Clasp, closure, or hinge mechanism failure
- Chain breakage at solder points
- Rhodium plating refresh — one complimentary re-plating per year
Not Covered
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following.
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact
- Exposure to chemicals, chlorine, or harsh cleaning agents
- Unauthorised modifications, resizing, or repairs by third parties
- Loss or theft of the piece
Process
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@theclearcut.au with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.
Please retain your GRA certificate of authenticity — it may be required to process your warranty claim and confirm the piece is authentic.
