Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched from Australia.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our fulfilment centre. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide): 8–14 business days from dispatch. Free on all orders over $200 AUD.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
What Arrives
Every piece arrives in our signature gift box containing your jewelry, a GRA certificate of authenticity, a microfibre polishing cloth, and a care guide card. Ready to gift or to keep — no additional wrapping needed.
